As part of the support systems refresh in 2019 CloudBlue moved the knowledge base from https://kb.cloudblue.com to https://cloudblue.freshdesk.com/support/home in March 2020.

 

If you try to access a direct URL for an old knowledge base article (e.g. https://kb.cloudblue.com/125810) you will be automatically redirected to the corresponding article in the new system (e.g. https://cloudblue.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/44001888357). 

 

Only articles of CloudBlue Commerce (Odin Automation) version 6.0 and later were migrated to the new system. If you are looking for articles of older versions or other products, they are available at https://legacy-kb.cloudblue.com/ for some temporary period.
