Resolution
Starting from OBAS 3.2.2 firewall can be enabled using the following command on OBAS server:
# /usr/sbin/hspc-config --firewall
Kernel modules ipt_state and iptable_filter should be loaded on hardware node and enabled for container with OBAS to load all required rules (of course, if OBAS is installed inside a Container).
