Symptoms
The 'Download PDF' button is missing in AR document properties in PBA Control Panel, thus neither Provider/reseller nor customers may download AR documents as PDF files:
Provider Control Panel: Operation Director > Financial Manager > AR Documents > [click on document] > View AR Document tab
- Customer Control Panel: Account > Financial Documents > [click on document] > General tab
Cause
The 'Download PDF' button is missing because the corresponding notification templates are not configured in PBA Notification Manager.
Resolution
To resolve the problem the vendor (Provider or reseller) has to configure notification templates in PBA:
Log into PBA Control Panel
Go to Communication Director > Notification Manager > Settings
Configure the following templates in the 'Notification Templates' section:
Invoice Notification Template
CM Notification Template
DM Notification Template
Payment Notification Template
- Refund Notification Template
If you want to use different templates to send AR documents as PDF files then configure templates in the 'PDF Templates' section:
Invoice PDF Template
CM PDF Template
DM PDF Template
Payment PDF Template
- Refund PDF Template
