Office 365 - readCSPAccounts.py script fails with "ascii codec can't encode character"

Symptoms

There is an attempt to collect information for import of Office 365 subscription using readCSPAccounts.py script.

The script fails with error below:

Error: ''ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2013' in position 188: ordinal not in range(128)'

Software-related issue #APSA-21491

If internal method called by the script returns response with a non-ascii symbol, readCSPAccounts.py will fail with UnicodeEncodeError.

Please contact your Technical Account Manager in order to clarify current status of the issue and obtain the information about internal workaround.
