Symptoms
In attempt to open Reseller's Customer Control Panel the following error message appears:
Message: "Duplicate key false"
In the pui.log on the UI server the following message can be observed:
[default task-89] WARN c.p.p.c.e.w.exchange.Application - Menu item 'MenuID:[exchange_web_emails]' is hidden because method hide have crashed.
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate key false
Cause
The failure occurs because reseller has two Exchange domain services in the same subscription.
Resolution
Contact Cloud Blue Support to fix the issue.
