Symptoms
During an attempt to open CCP > Websites > Manage website the following error message appears:
`An unforeseen error occurred. Please contact helpdesk@domain.com.
Error ID: 1412601947969
Cause
Such system behavior was aknowledged as the software-related issue APS-23445 - Unforeseen error on domain info tab with CMS from another subscription.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager or member of the Pooled Technical Associates team in order to clarify status of the issue.
The workaround for accessing the summary tab of the website is to temporary raise limit of APS RT in subscription #B (from POA > Operations > subscriptions > Subscription_ID > Resources ), increase APS resource type limit in the corresponding Service Plan in Billing and synchronize changes.
