Symptoms
Domain transfer (with php-based InternetX) fails:
Registrar declined request for domain transfer. Domain transfer could not be carried out successfully. ; The owner change confirmation is missing. (EF00110) Domain status:Prepared.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #POA-114783 ("Php-based InternetX transfer does not send parameter confirm_owner_consent").
Resolution
The bug is fixed in OSA 7.4. To apply a workaround, please contact Odin Technical Support Team.
