- Switch to Active tasks tab
Several running tasks which status does not change for a long time can be observed.
In billing_boot.out.log, the following entry can be oberved:
*** Error in `/usr/local/bm/bin/scheduler': double free or corruption (fasttop): 0x00007f49340bafa0 ***
Cause
The issue was caused by #PBA-84075 "boost::property_tree::json_parser_fixed::read_json is not thread safe and cases sigfaults".
Resolution
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the software-related issue.
As a workaround, please, restart pba service:
# service pba restart
