Symptoms
Unable to obtain Service Plan description in the Online Store: the More details [?] link does not work.
Cause
Code flaws in the /usr/local/bm/templatestore/webroot/http/info.php source code file on the Online Store node.
Resolution
Check the common Apache /var/log/httpd/error_log file on the Online Store node and obtain all the entries marked as PHP Fatal error. Then check its origination and try to fix.
