Azure 5.1. Customer Rate (Reseller Control Panel) and RATE (Customer Control Panel) column values are different - which is not expected since they display the same AzureCSP resource price.
Why these values are different?
Answer
Different Price List is used.
Reseller observes the actual (latest updated by Microsoft) prices in the Reseller Control Panel, while Customer observes the prices, which were actual at the start of customer's subscription Billing Period.
Feature Request #PFR-1502: "AzureCSP: Display actual price list date for Reseller and Customer" has been addressed to Odin Development team in order to display this information more clear for Customers and Reseller staff.
