Symptoms
The domain conflict resolver ("Complete Operation Manually") has been used to complete the domain registration/transfer order. The plugin used is php-based. Order is completed, subscription is running, but attempts to perform some operations with the domain (update NS, domain contacts, renew, etc) fail with error message similar to below:
Unknown error while calling plug-in container. There is a problem on OA side. Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #-1, extype_id #-1, module_id #, java.lang.NullPointerException null.
Cause
The button "Complete Operation Manually" was clicked too early, when the operations on OA side were not yet completed. Such possibility exists due to the bug with id #PBA-83999 ("Early usage of domain conflict resolver breaks provisioning").
Resolution
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate to clarify status of the sotware-related issue.
