Symptoms
pem.addAccountMember API method does not assign any roles to a created user, even if the roles array is specified in the .xml file.
The following message could be seen in the core.log:
DBG [openapi:149556 openapi-task-108:1361 pau]: c.p.p.s.s.e.PermissionManagerBean assigning set of roles [null] to user with id: 123
Cause
Software-related issue #POA-114624: "pem.addAccountMember fails due to incorrect translation of roles parameter".
