Symptoms

Office 365. Subdomain form does not work, the following error appears in browser console:

error: "Poco::Net::NetException"
message: "Net Exception"

Cause

Office 365 application Endpoint is either unavailable or down.

Resolution

Check Office 365 Endpoint host is up and available for Management Node.
