AzureCSP Provider's Guide states application Endpoint host should have direct Internet access in order to communicate with Microsoft Cloud:
NICs | BackNet with access to Internet
Is proxy host setting supported?

This functionality is not implemented currently.
Feature Request #PFR-1390: "AzureCSP: Support proxy for MS Cloud connection" has been addressed to Odin Development team.
