Symptoms
CCPv1. The Account tab is missing in Customer CP while customer account exists on the Billing side, active and not on hold.
The following entry could be found in pui.log for isPBAAvailableForUser method:

Cause
Odin Automation database inconsistency.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to locate and fix all affected customer accounts.
