Symptoms
Trial Office 365 licenses cannot be assigned to Users in CCPv2 upon user creation procedure. The following error appears instead:
Resource limit is exceeded. Please contact provider.
Cause
This is known limitation of CCPv2 functionality: Known Issues and Limitations
In CCP v2 of Odin Automation 7.2, adding trial Office 365 services to users does not work on the Users screen. To work around this issue, customers can use the Office 365 screen.
Resolution
Workaround: Use the Office 365 screen to perform this action.
