Symptoms
Customer imports Office 365 subscriptions from Microsoft Cloud to Odin Automation. importSubsCSP.py script fails:
Importing the Subscription for the Account #100123 failed: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error(Unknown CustomerClassGet response format.).
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-19359: "[O365] Need to extend the support of the private billing API method CustomerClassGet".
