Symptoms

Azure CSP order and corresponding task fails with the error message below: 

APS Application Error:
400 Bad Request
[no_price] Provisioning: resource 1axxxxx5-a678-9aa8-7654-321a2a0a34aa of type 'tenants' (http://www.odin.com/app/azure-csp/tenant/1.1) for APS application 'Azure Cloud Solution Provider-4.5-1': The 2-d tier reseller don't have any price configuration..

Cause

Price Settings for 2nd-tier reseller is not configured.

Resolution

Refer the following steps to fix the issue:

  1. Go to OA > Operations > Resellers > Login under necessary reseller > Go to Customer CP > Mirosoft Azure tab.

  2. Configure Azure Price settings for 2nd-tier reseller according to the Azure CSP Providers Guide Azure CSP Reseller's/Sub-Reseller's Guide.
