Cause

Exchange branding is not configured in a brand that is assigned to the customer

Resolution

  1. Find relevant brand in account settings:

    PCP > Operations > Customers > _CUSTOMER_ > Brand

  2. Open Exchange branding configuration in the brand:

    PCP > System > Settings > Brands > _BRAND_ > Service Branding > Exchange

  3. Configure or disable branding if it has status Not Configured for relevant services.
