Symptoms
Some domains are renewed manually, corresponding renewal orders are left in Manual Operation status. On attempt to complete such order item, domain status has been changed to "Checking Renewal Status". Then, it became not possible to complete such order:
Domain is not being renewed manually - can not mark it as complete with manual renewal. Domain Status is Checking Renewal Status.
Cause
Possibility to set incorrect status is caused by the bug with id #PBA-83688 ("Domain Status" must not be editable in orders in the status MO).
Resolution
The order can be completed this way:
- go to subscription general page;
- switch to Service Props tab;
- click "Complete Operation Manually";
- insert correct expiration date and click Save.
