Symptoms
The following error appears on attempt to add a subdomain to Office365 in Customer CP:
InvalidBillingIdFault
Cause
Different Billing ID parameter values specified in the Application Instance properties and settings.config file on the Endpoint host.
Resolution
Set the Billing ID Application instance property in accordance to the settings.config file.
