Symptoms
In BA Task Manager there is a failed task for Daily Billing or for Reseller Synchronziation, the error message is:
Device or resource busy
Cause
This error message for these kind of tasks means there is a parallel process running. It is forbidden to run two simultaneous daily billing processes or two processes for resellers synchronization, therefore the duplicated event fails right away with this error.
Resolution
Check the status of the parallel process, investigate why it is not finished yet.
