Question

The service Domain Parking is automatically installed during a web cluster or a web server NG deployment procedure.

In older implementation of the domain parking feature (RedHat/CentOS) it was possible to use the tab Customers Services of the server properties:

However, in newer implementation (CloudLinux), the tab Parked Domains is not shown due to service design change:

Where can the provider find the list of parked domains located on particular node?

Answer

A provider staff member can find the list of parked domains as described below:

For the DomainParkingNG service deployed on a standalone NG web server:

  1. Open OA > Infrastructure > Services and search by name DomainParkingNG

  2. Click the service name

  3. Use the tab Dependent customer services or button View dependent customer services to get the list of parked domains

For the DomainParkingNG service deployed on a web cluster:

The service name DomainParkingNG is not clickable for the one deployed on a web cluster, prevent changing settings of virtual NG cluster node. Since that, the service usage can be checked as below:

  1. Go to OA > Products > Resources
  2. Search for the parked domains resource
  3. Click the resource
  4. Go to Service Templates > template name > Subscriptions.
