Symptoms

On attempt to create new Service Template in OA with type OACI VPS operation fails with error (click on the images below to get an example):

    P100001: Operation failed; details: [No resource corresponds to APS resource of type http://www.parallels.com/paci/vps-hosting/vps/1.2 with property corePower]

Cause

Such behaviour has been considered as a software issue #CCU-17539.

Resolution

  1. Login to PCP.
  2. Go to Services > Applications > Cloud Infrastructure > Resources Types.

  3. Make sure that there is resource for CPU Power with following parameters:

    Resource Class - Application Counter (MHz)
Service - VPS

  4. Add new Resource Type (under the same screen) with following parameters (click on the images below to get an example):

    Resource Class - Application Counter (MHz)
Resource - CPU Core Power
