Symptoms
Office 365. last_synchronization property of an Office365/Tenant APS resource differs from the server time - it does not consider the offset.
For example: server time is 2017-12-07 03:03:24,537 and the last_synchronization time stamp is 2017-12-07T02:03:24Z - i.e. +1 hour ahead.
Cause
last_synchronization Tenant property uses for the internal application needs - in order to build proper synchronization order of all Tenant of the application instance. It is not exposed and application keeps it in UTC.
Resolution
This behavior is expected and does not affect any provisioning or synchronization operation.
