Symptoms
Attempt to create a subscription with AddPEMSubscriptionWithID_API fails:
ExceptionResult: 'ΖέτταΑργύρη.gr' is not a valid domain name - it contains symbol '<CE>'.
Cause
DomainName is passed not in the punycode format.
Resolution
Covert DomainName to the punycode format for the call to be completed successfully. This information will be added to the documentation is scope of the bug*#PBA-83244* ("The AddPEMSubscriptionWithID_API method description in the Billing Public API Reference is incomplete") fix.
