Symptoms
Branded web-site (Control Panel) is located on NG Web-cluster. Provider creates UI-session using one of session management methods. Unexpectedly, on attempt to use the session user is redirected to login screen.
Cause
UI-session is created on one of web-servers in the cluster. But navigation request was redirected by NG Load Balancer to web-server that does not have information about the session. In result request ends with error "Session not found" and request is redirected to login screen.
Resolution
Follow the recommendation from the documentation: In case Odin Automation UI is deployed on top of NG WebCluster, session management method must be executed on each webserver within the cluster.
