Symptoms
The following error is displayed on AzureCSP tab of Customer or Reseller CP:
The authorization grant or refresh token is invalid.
Error code: invalid_grant
Error Category: authentication

Cause
Invalid login or password fields values are specified in the AzureCSP Application Instance properties.
Resolution
Specify correct login and password values.
