Symptoms

Currently, there are no hosting services attached to this domain in OA, no websites or mail.
Cause
Domain example.tld is assigned to an APS application, which created A-record for this domain.
Resolution
In this case there will not be possible to activate webhosting service on a domain. Please consider removing another services from this domain and resubmit the task.
If that is not possible, you may safely cancel the task.
