Symptoms

Payment method selector is shown in CCP v2 for the customers with "Per Account" Billing type.

Cause

This issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-83080 ("Payment confirmation appears on all purchases instead first if Billing type = "Per account""). There is also a related feature request #PFR-832("[CCPv2] Consolidated invoicing case support on checkout in CCP v2").
