Synchronize Plans Create new Plans and Plan periods Apply Plans enabling/disabling Update Plan Name and Descriptions Update Plan Fees Update Sales Categories, Plan Categories, and Grouping of Resources by Resource Categories Update Notification Schedules Attach Usage Statistics Synchronize Plan Resources Create new Resources Remove obsolete Resources Update Resource Prices Update Resource LimitsSynchronization fails with ODBC error on trying to select a list of service plans. In the list of the problem, reports appeared a report with the following error message:

In the list of the problem, reports appeared a report with the following error message:

Cause
The issue is caused by the fact that too many service plans are delegated to the reseller, so the corresponding method during synchronization/initialization fails with the timeout error. Request #PFR-848 "Adapt Billing performance to launch large resellers" has been submitted to improve this functionality.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate team at pta@odin.com to clarify the current status of PFR-848 and check for the possible temporary solution.
