IMP package reinstallation failed: Could not satisfy package dependency at this host - no suitable package

Symptoms

During 'webmail' node re-registration within Mail services migration to RHEL6, the task to reinstall 'imp' package fails with the error:

Could not satisfy package dependency at this host - no suitable package, pkgName: webmail-config, pkgType: other

The webmail-config package in turn is present and installed.

Software issue POA-113528 (Node re-registration fails in case of system dependencies (samehost="no"))
