Symptoms
Package removal on host results in error:
Package #xxxx does not have property 'yyyy'
The host was decomissioned a while ago and is not used. It was found that there are no component properties for the corresponding components in OA database.
Attempt to remove the package manually does not succeed too:
# /usr/local/pem/bin/ppm_ctl uninstall 67 2770
...
ERROR [ xinstallPackage] ExSystem: module_id:'PPM', ex_type_id:'3030',Message:'Package #xxx does not have property 'yyy'.', deprecated_codes = (0, 0), properties = { pkg_id: '2770',property: 'yyy', }
Cause
Inconsistency in OA DB.
Resolution
In order to resolve the inconsistency, please contact Odin Support.
