Symptoms
The following error message appears in CCP on attempt to verify a domain in Office 365 interface:
Unknown error occurred
sitelog error:
ERROR aps_endpoint: Office365DomainsController.Verify finished by exception DomainNotRegisteredException: Domain example.customer.com is not registered
ERROR aps_endpoint: DomainNotRegisteredException: Domain example.customer.com is not registered
Cause
Domain example.customer.com does not exist in the Office 365 Endpoint DB.
Resolution
Re-add the domain to Office 365 in CCP and repeat verification procedure.
Also, request #APSA-19083: "Unclear error message on attempt to verify not-owned domain" has been addressed to Odin Development team to expose detailed error message to CCP interface.
