[CLM] Service Template Activation Parameters are ignored.

Symptoms

Reseller redefined CLM VE Resource Type Activation Parameters in the Service Template.

However, when the VE is configured in the subscription, options from the Resource Type's Activation Parameters are used.

Cause

Issue is acknowledged as POA-113256.

Resolution

Create a copy of the Resource Type with required set of the Activation Parameters, substitute the required resource in the reseller's Service Template.
