Symptoms
WAP subscription cannot be enabled, renewal order fails with:
Internal error: APS suspendable resource '4a163a16-6c51-4574-9912-efd4fe8a32c2' was NOT enabled.
/var/log/WAP/wap.log on OA Management Node contains the error:
[APS] org.codehaus.jackson.map.JsonMappingException: Cannot deserialize enum com.parallels.iaas.aps.data.ApsResourceStatus from UNKNOWN (through reference chain: com.parallels.wap.xml.CloudOsContext[\"aps\"]->com.parallels.iaas.aps.data.ApsType[\"status\"])
Cause
WAP package cannot parse aps:suspended state of the corresponding CloudOS context APS resource. The issue is acknowledged as APSA-18993.

Contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the situation.
