End of Life Announcement

Ingram Micro Cloud is committed to providing high-quality and cost-effective solutions to our customers. As new technologies emerge, the demand for older product versions and components decreases. Accordingly, as we continue to address our customers' needs by introducing new products and services, we also periodically need to end maintenance and support for older software versions.

In keeping with our Odin Automation Premium lifecycle policy, we will be ending support for the Windows Shared Hosting Product in December 31, 2018.

After the end of life, the Windows Shared Hosting module will discontinue further development or maintenance, and no longer accept any technical support requests.

IMPORTANT The 7.x branch of the platform is the last one to support Windows Shared Hosting module. Starting with 8.0 and later WSH will not be supported anymore. It will not be possible to upgrade platform from 7.x to 8.x in case Windows Shared Hosting module is still in use.

We encourage you to migrate to the new Webhosting Plesk module for Odin Automation Premium by following instructions from Migrating from Windows Shared Hosting to WebHosting Plesk.

Extended support period

Starting from December 31, 2017 Windows Shared Hosting (all versions) entered an Extended Support period that will last until December 31, 2018.

During that time Ingram Micro Cloud will no longer be releasing regular product updates or bug fixes. Only critical security issues will be addressed by the support and development.

If you need any support during the Extended Support period, please create a support incident via the the support portal under http://odin.com/support/
