Symptoms

AzureCSP Usage Report filters return empty information under non-English locale.

Cause

For CCPv2: Software-related issue #APSA-18929: "Usage Report filters do not work in case of non-English locale" - fixed in Azure CSP 4.5.3.

For CCPv1: Software-related issue #APSA-19493: "Usage Report filters do not work in case of non-English locale".
