Symptoms
Failover occurred and all VEs were migrated to another nodes by Virtuozzo.
However, VE states and locations were not updated by OACI.
In vps.log on the Instance Manager node the failed CHECK_VE_STATE call may be observed for all affected VEs:

Cause
Issue is acknowledged as CCU-17120.
Resolution
Contact Odin Support to fix VEs locations.
