Symptoms
Attempt to place a new order under OA Billing Provider/Reseller Control Panel leads to an empty screen instead of a second step of the "Add New Order" wizard. In browser console the following message appears:
TypeError: children is null

Cause
Observed behaviour was acknowledged as an internal software issue with ID #PBA-80707. It will be fixed in the future versions of the product.
