Symptoms
On using ccp/subscribe method to create a subscription in OA on a mobile device, an unexpected error appears.
The UI log /var/log/pa/pui/pui.log records an error:
21:17:34.859 [default task-199] ERROR c.parallels.ccp.router.RouterServlet - Exception occured while routing to ccp: {}
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.NullPointerException
Cause
Currently ccp/subscribe method does not work on mobile browsers, the behavior is confirmed to be a software issue with ID APS-43032.

Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associates Team (pta@odin.com) to request a fix for the issue.
