Symptoms
On an attempt to destroy a Reseller's subscription the following error appears:
"Destroying service of Subscription #XXXXXX failed: Service provisioning has failed with unexpected system error. Please inspect the details in 'Operations' mode"
In /var/log/pa/core.log the following messages can be found:

The corresponding Service Controller #28 does not exist in OA.
Cause
SC_ID is not updated from Branding Access Points resource class after 6.0 - 7.0 upgrade. The issue is acknowledged with internal ID APS-43008.
