Symptoms
Number of Office365 users displayed at CCP > Office 365 > Users is shown incorrectly, in case some users have 2 or more different Office365 licenses assigned.
For example, there is an account that have 2 Office365 subscriptions: Business Premium and Exchange Online (Plan 1). There are 75 licensed service users on the account. All users have a single Office365 license assigned, either Business Premium or Exchange Online (Plan 1), except for one user, who has Business Premium and Exchange Online (Plan 1) assigned at the same time. In such case the panel will show that there are 76 Office users in total:
Cause
Every used Office365 license is counted as a different Office365 user. In fact the actual number of users is correct on both OA and Microsoft side and is 75 in the above example. This UI issue is recognised as APSA-18829.

Please contact your Technical Account Manager in order to clarify the current status of the issue.
