Symptoms
An attempt to view Azure CSP usage report in CCP with Synchronize Usage Reports with Billing System Time option enabled shows a different summed up price than the actual billing order generated for the customer.
The usage report contains significant sums shortly before the given billing period start, e.g. the report is generated for 1-Jun - 30-Jun period, and the report also includes statistics for 31-May.
Cause
The issue with an incorrect default time zone (UTC) used in the usage report period is going to be fixed in scope of APSA-18787 ("Synchronize Usage Reports with Billing System Time" show usage in UTC)
Resolution
Until the issue is resolved in the Azure CSP package, exclude the lines from the previous day in the generated report to get the valid details.
