Symptoms
*Enable tile for Azure CSP does not work on CCP v2 Dashboard. Pressing the button leads to a page loading eternally.
The following CCPv2 items are hidden at System > Settings > CCP v2 Navigation at provider/reseller level:
- item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-users#billing
- item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#view-financial-documents
- view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#unpaid-documents
Cause
The behavior is going to get improved in scope of APSA-18779 (Azure tile is displayed but does not work when billing in CCP v2 is hidden).
Resolution
Enable the Billing CCPv2 items in order to allow the page to load.
