Symptoms
Office 365 Provisioning "Migration" for APS application Office 365 task fails:
Error details: Server returned a fault exception: [-1] Q2Fubm...Nwo= (Cannot Upgrade/Downgrade Resources for Subscription #1001: there is already a Upgrade/Downgrade Order #UG12345 in status Provisioning Failed(PF). This order prohibits placing an order of the Same Order Type (Per Subscription).
Please either cancel conflicting order or wait until it is processed; or contact Provider.
Error Code: 0xc676c1d6.
Cause
BA does not allow to place several Upgrade Orders simultaneously.

Resolution
Complete mentioned Upgrade Order and then restart the task.
Please contact Odin Technical Support to complete Order manually.
