Symptoms
An attempt to assign an Office365 license to a user in CCPv2 fails with:
Navigation request fails, an error message is missing.
when navigation@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-domains#domainsapp-navigation CCPv2 navigation item is hidden.
In this case customer has a requirement to hide the Domains item in the CCPv2 but be able to manage Office365 licenses.
Cause
Software-related issue #APS-42590: "O365 ACT failed to switch to an "O365 License" view screen because of error in navigation request".
Resolution
Software-related issue #APS-42590 has been fixed in OA 7.2 platform version.
Workaround:
1. Take the mediators/api.json file from the latest installed Billing-CCP-7.x package on OA Management Node;
2. Go to /usr/local/pem/APS/packages/[UID of Office365 package installed]/mediators/ and replace the api.json file with one, taken from Billing-CCP-7.x above;
3. Restart the pau service on UI host;
