Symptoms
CCPv2 uses delegated user permissions instead of user's native in case of login as PCP\RCP option.
Detailed explanation: A user does not have a permission to cancel one of the account's subscriptions. If one signs into CCPv2 via PCP > Customers > [Specific customer] CCP > Account (tab) > Subscriptions (section) > [An active subscription], there is visible Cancel subscription button.
But if one signs into CCPv2 directly under this user credentials and check the Account (tab) > Subscriptions (section) > [An active subscription] - Cancel subscription button is not visible at all in accordance to given permissions.
Cause
Software-related issue #PFR-1182: "Incorrect permissions on 'login as'".
