Symptoms
On attempt to place an Order for Office365 subscription the following error appears:
Unexpected error: cannot determine application instance. Please contact technical support for help.
Browser console error:
TypeError: self.application is null

where 86978e41-e9dd-4dfb-a8b0-532e64228df5 is the Azure CSP application resource.
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-18743: "Online store: Azure tenant creation screen shown for plans with enabled APPLICATION SERVICE_PARAMETERS property".
Resolution
The issue is fixed in Azure CSP 4.5.2 APS application version.
