Symptoms
It is not possible to cancel the subscription or switch the subscription's service plan, order placement fails with exception:
Table Resource doesn't contain row with id ID.
Cause
The resource has been removed from OSA (e.g. it can be obsolete MXLogic resource), but the DeliverLines for the resource were left in system. On order placement teh system tries to calculate refund for the resource but fails as the resource has been completely deleted. The issue is considered as a product bug, its id is #PBA-66132 ("Resource removal causes impossibility to cancel subscription").
